Installation

Unpack and inspect contents. Remove all packaging materials and tapes.

  1. Location: Place on level floor with 2-inch clearance at back and sides for ventilation.
  2. Water connection: Connect 1/4-inch copper water line to cold water supply (kit required).
  3. Power: Plug into dedicated 115V, 60Hz, 15A grounded outlet.
  4. Leveling: Adjust front leveling legs for stability and proper door closure.
  5. Door alignment: Adjust doors if needed using provided wrench.

WARNING! Refrigerator is heavy; use two people for moving. Ensure water line connections are tight to prevent leaks.

First-Time Setup

After installation, allow refrigerator to stabilize for 24 hours before loading food.

  1. Initial cooling: Set temperature to recommended settings (fridge 37°F, freezer 0°F).
  2. Water system: Flush water system by dispensing 2-3 gallons to clear air and particles.
  3. Ice maker: Activate ice maker by lowering wire arm; discard first batch of ice.
  4. Filter installation: Install water filter (LT1000P) by twisting into housing until it stops.
  5. Control lock: Enable control lock if desired to prevent accidental setting changes.

CAUTION! Do not overload shelves. Allow space between items for air circulation.

Smart Diagnosis™: Hold "Ice Type" and "Child Lock" buttons for 3 seconds to activate diagnostic mode.

Connecting Water Line

Required for ice maker and water dispenser operation.

  1. Turn off main water supply.
  2. Connect 1/4-inch copper tubing to cold water line using saddle valve or tee fitting.
  3. Route tubing to refrigerator connection at bottom rear (avoid kinks).
  4. Connect to refrigerator inlet valve and tighten compression nut.
  5. Turn on water supply and check for leaks.
  6. Flush system as described in First-Time Setup.

Tip: Use manufacturer-approved water line kit. Do not use plastic tubing.

Using the Dispenser

External dispenser provides ice and filtered water.

  1. Water: Press glass against water paddle; select amount if preset enabled.
  2. Ice: Press glass against ice paddle; select cubed or crushed via button.
  3. Child Lock: Press and hold "Child Lock" button for 3 seconds to enable/disable.
  4. Filter indicator: "Replace Filter" light illuminates when filter needs replacement.
  5. Dispenser light: LED light activates when paddles are pressed.

WARNING! Do not use dispenser without water filter installed. Children should not play with dispenser.

Care & Cleaning
