Installation

Unpack and inspect contents. Ensure proper location with adequate clearance.

  1. Remove all packaging materials and tape.
  2. Position refrigerator: Allow at least 2 inches clearance at back and sides for ventilation.
  3. Level the refrigerator: Adjust front leveling legs to ensure doors close properly.
  4. Connect water line (optional): For ice/water dispenser, connect to cold water supply.
  5. Plug into dedicated 115V, 15-20 amp grounded electrical outlet.

WARNING! Refrigerator is heavy; use two people to move. Do not install near heat sources.

First-Time Setup

Plug in refrigerator; allow 24 hours for cooling before adding food.

  1. Set temperature: Default is 37°F for fridge, 0°F for freezer. Adjust via control panel.
  2. Enable InstaView: Knock twice on the Door-in-Door panel to activate interior light.
  3. Dispenser setup: Flush water system for 3 minutes to clear air and impurities.
  4. Configure settings: Use control panel to set ice type, door alarm, energy saving, etc.

CAUTION! Do not overload shelves. Allow space for air circulation inside.

Buttons: TEMPERATURE (Fridge/Freezer), ICE TYPE (Cubed/Crushed), ICE OFF, LOCK, ENERGY SAVER, DOOR ALARM, FILTER RESET.

Temperature Settings: Fridge (34°F - 46°F), Freezer (-6°F - 8°F). Ice Maker: Can be turned off. Door Alarm: Sounds if door is open >3 minutes. Energy Saver: Reduces condensation in humid environments. Lock: Child lock for dispenser controls.

Connecting Water Line

Required for ice and water dispenser functionality.

  1. Turn off main water supply and connect approved 1/4" copper or plastic tubing.
  2. Connect tubing to refrigerator's water valve at the back (bottom left).
  3. Turn water on and check for leaks at all connections.
  4. Flush system by dispensing water for 3 minutes into a container.

Tip: Use a water filter (LT1000P) for better taste and to protect ice maker.

Using InstaView & Dispenser

InstaView: Knock twice on the Door-in-Door panel to illuminate interior for 5 seconds. Dispenser: Press glass against water paddle or select ice type.

  1. For water: Press a glass against the water paddle firmly.
  2. For ice: Select Cubed or Crushed on panel, then press glass against ice paddle.
  3. To stop: Remove glass.
  4. Ice Maker: Allow 24 hours for first batch of ice after installation.

WARNING! Do not use thin or delicate glassware on dispenser. Ensure ice bucket is properly seated.

Food Storage Tips

Fridge Shelves: Dairy, drinks, leftovers. Crispers: High humidity for veggies, low for fruits. Door Bins: Condiments, juices. Pantry Drawer: Set to Meat, Snacks, or Wine temperature. Freezer: Store frozen foods in airtight packaging.

Care & Cleaning

Unplug before cleaning interior. Use mild detergent and warm water; rinse and dry. Exterior: Clean with soft cloth and glass cleaner (stainless steel models use appropriate cleaner). Condenser coils: Vacuum every 6-12 months.

CAUTION! Do not use abrasive cleaners or sharp objects. Never clean glass shelves with hot water.
