Installation

Unpack and inspect contents. Ensure proper location and clearances.

  1. Remove packaging: Take off all tape, foam, and protective film.
  2. Position refrigerator: Place on a level, solid floor. Allow 2 inches clearance at back and sides, 1 inch at top.
  3. Connect water line: For ice/water dispenser, connect to a cold water line with a shut-off valve (kit may be required).
  4. Plug into dedicated 115V AC, 15A grounded electrical outlet.
  5. Let stabilize: After moving, let refrigerator stand upright for 2 hours before powering on.

WARNING! Refrigerator is heavy; use two people to move and install. Ensure water line connections are tight to prevent leaks.

First-Time Setup

Plug in the refrigerator; the control panel will illuminate.

  1. Set temperature: Press TEMP buttons to set refrigerator (recommended 37°F) and freezer (recommended 0°F).
  2. Enable features: Use control panel to turn on Smart Cooling, Door Cooling, etc.

  4. Power Cool: Press POWER COOL to rapidly lower temperature for new groceries.

Using the Freezer

The bottom freezer drawer includes baskets and storage options.

  1. Open drawer: Pull handle; drawer glides out on rollers.

  3. Ice Maker: Ice is automatically produced and stored in the bin.

WARNING! Do not use sharp objects to remove ice. Keep freezer at least 2/3 full for best efficiency.

Water & Ice Dispenser

Provides chilled water and ice through the external dispenser.

  1. Select type: Press ICE TYPE to choose between cubed or crushed ice.
  2. Dispense: Press glass against water paddle or ice lever. Hold for continuous flow.
  3. Replace filter: When FILTER light illuminates (approx. every 6 months), replace LT1000P filter.
  4. Reset filter: After replacement, press and hold FILTER RESET for 3 seconds.
  5. First use/after filter change: Dispense 2-3 gallons of water to clear system.

CAUTION! Child lock prevents accidental dispensing. Ensure water line is connected and shut-off valve is open.

Care & Cleaning

Unplug before cleaning interior. Use mild detergent and warm water; rinse and dry.

CAUTION! Do not use abrasive cleaners, ammonia, or solvents. Never pour water inside.
