Installation

Unpack and inspect contents. Ensure proper clearance and leveling.

1. Remove packaging: Take off all tape, foam, and protective film.
2. Position refrigerator: Allow at least 2 inches of clearance on sides and back for ventilation.
3. Level the unit: Adjust front leveling legs using a wrench.
4. Connect water line: For ice maker and water dispenser, connect to a cold water line with the included kit.
5. Plug into dedicated outlet: Use a 115V, 15A grounded electrical outlet.

WARNING! Refrigerator is heavy; use two people for moving. Ensure water line connection is tight to prevent leaks.

First-Time Setup

Plug in the refrigerator; allow 24 hours for cooling before adding food.

1. Power on: Plug in the unit. The interior lights and display panel should illuminate.
2. Set temperatures: Use the control panel to set fridge to 37°F and freezer to 0°F.
3. Enable ice maker: Lift the wire signal arm to start ice production.
4. Install water filter: Insert the included water filter and run water for 3 minutes to flush.
5. Connect to SmartThinQ: Download the app and follow in-app instructions.

CAUTION! Do not overload shelves. Allow space between items for air circulation.

4. Follow the in-app instructions to connect to your home Wi-Fi network.
5. Use the app to adjust temperatures, monitor energy usage, receive alerts, and run diagnostics.

Tip: Ensure your refrigerator is within range of your Wi-Fi router for a stable connection.

Using InstaView & Craft Ice

Utilize the advanced door and ice features.

1. InstaView™: Knock twice on the glass panel of the left door to illuminate the interior. The light turns off automatically after 10 seconds.
2. Craft Ice™: Select "Craft Ice" on the control panel. The maker produces up to 4 spherical ice balls per day. Store in the dedicated bin.
3. Dispenser: Press a glass against the water lever or select ice type (cubed or Craft Ice). The dispenser will pause if the door is not fully closed.
4. Ice Maker Care: Clean the ice bin monthly. Run a cleaning cycle if ice tastes unusual.

WARNING! Do not use sharp objects to remove ice. Keep the InstaView glass clean with a soft cloth.

Care & Cleaning

Unplug before cleaning interior. Use mild detergent and warm water; avoid abrasive cleaners.

1. Exterior: Wipe with a soft, damp cloth. Use stainless steel cleaner for the finish.
2. Interior: Remove shelves and drawers. Wash with warm, soapy water. Dry thoroughly.
3. Condenser Coils: Vacuum the rear or base grill every 6 months.
4. Water System: Replace water filter every 6 months. Run a cleaning cycle if needed.
5. Door Seals: Wipe with a clean cloth to maintain seal integrity.
