Installation

Unpack and inspect contents. Remove all packaging materials and tape.

  1. Choose location: Place on a level, solid floor near a water line and grounded electrical outlet.
  2. Connect water supply: Shut off main water valve. Connect 1/4" copper tubing to water valve inlet.
  3. Level the refrigerator: Adjust the front leveling legs using a wrench.
  4. Allow space: Ensure at least 2 inches of clearance at back and sides for ventilation.
  5. Plug into a dedicated 115V, 60Hz, 15-amp grounded outlet.

WARNING! Do not install near a heat source. Ensure water line connection is tight to prevent leaks.

First-Time Setup

After installation, allow the refrigerator to cool for several hours before adding food.

  1. Power on: Plug in the refrigerator. The interior light and control panel should illuminate.
  2. Set temperature: Press TEMP buttons to set refrigerator to 37°F (3°C) and freezer to 0°F (-18°C).
  3. Start ice maker: Lift the ice maker feeler arm to the ON (up) position.
  4. Flush water system: Dispense and discard the first 1-2 gallons of water.
  5. Load food: Do not overload; allow air to circulate for optimal cooling.

CAUTION! Do not touch the cold surfaces with wet hands. Keep fingers clear of door hinges.

Temperature Settings: Use TEMP buttons to adjust in 1° increments. Recommended: Fridge 37°F, Freezer 0°F. Ice Type: Select crushed or cubed ice. Child Lock: Press and hold LOCK for 3 seconds to disable dispenser. Filter Reset: Press and hold FILTER RESET for 3 seconds after replacing water filter. Door Alarm: Alarm sounds if door is open >3 minutes; press ALARM OFF to silence.

Using the Dispenser

Dispenses chilled water and ice through the door.

  1. Water: Press a glass against the water paddle. Release to stop.
  2. Ice: Press glass against the ice paddle. Select ice type (crushed/cubed) first.
  3. To dispense without a glass: Press and hold the paddle manually.
  4. First Use: Discard first few batches of ice and water.

Tip: Keep the drip tray clean. If ice clumps, use the ice type button to cycle ice maker.

Storage Features

Optimize organization for freshness and convenience.

  1. Adjustable Glass Shelves: Slide out for cleaning; reposition to accommodate tall items.
