Installation

Unpack and inspect contents. Ensure proper clearance and leveling.

  1. Remove all packaging materials and tape.
  2. Position refrigerator: Allow at least 2 inches clearance on sides and back, 1 inch at top.
  3. Level the refrigerator: Adjust front leveling legs to ensure doors close properly.
  4. Connect water line: For ice maker and water dispenser, connect to a cold water line with a shut-off valve.

First-Time Setup

Connecting to SmartThinQ

Using InstaView & Craft Ice

  2. For Craft Ice: Select "Craft" on ice type button. First batch takes approximately 24 hours.
  3. Ice production: Normal mode produces about 4.5 lbs of ice per day.
  4. To stop ice production: Press and hold ICE TYPE for 3 seconds (ice maker off indicator lights).

WARNING! Do not hit InstaView panel with hard objects. Keep ice maker area clean.

Food Storage Tips

Use humidity-controlled crispers for fruits and vegetables. Store meats in coldest part of fridge (usually bottom shelf). Do not block air vents. Allow hot food to cool before refrigerating.

Care & Cleaning

Unplug before cleaning interior. Use mild detergent and warm water; rinse and dry. Clean exterior with stainless steel cleaner (for printproof finish). Clean condenser coils every 6-12 months.

CAUTION! Do not use abrasive cleaners or sharp objects. Never pour water on refrigerator.
